FloraSoft — AI-Powered Plant & Flower Care Assistant

FloraSoft is an AI-powered plant and flower care assistant built around an orchestrated multi-agent architecture. A central orchestrator interprets each user's request — a photo, a question, and a location — and coordinates up to six specialist agents: a computer-vision agent for plant species identification, a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) agent for grounded plant knowledge, a weather context agent for local climate data, a diagnosis and reasoning agent, a care plan agent, and an educational visualization agent. The result is a single, citation-backed response that tells users not just what their plant is, but what's wrong with it and what to do next — adjusted for their local weather conditions. Every deliverable in this portfolio applies one course from my Project Management diploma to a specific phase of FloraSoft's design and delivery, from initiation through scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
